Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Raipur. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished videos that align with brand strategy, campaign goals, and content guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and trimming clips, adding transitions, sound, graphics, and subtitles, and preparing multiple formats for different digital platforms. The role involves close collaboration with content, design, and marketing teams to interpret briefs, maintain visual consistency, and deliver videos on schedule. The Video Editor will also support basic video production tasks, versioning content for performance marketing, and refining edits based on feedback and performance data.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital-first content
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain consistent visual tone and quality
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics into videos
• Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects)
• Understanding of social media and digital content formats (Reels, Shorts, ads, long-form video)
Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Relevant experience in video editing for marketing, agencies, or digital-first brands; a portfolio or showreel is required
