Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Sangli. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing video content for social media, digital campaigns, and other marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, selecting and trimming clips, adding transitions, sound, motion graphics, and color grading to deliver polished, high-impact videos. The role involves close collaboration with the creative, content, and marketing teams to brainstorm ideas, interpret briefs, and adapt video content for various platforms and formats. The Video Editor will also manage project files, maintain organized archives, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, agency environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for marketing and social media content.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and high-quality output.
• Candidates should possess experience in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging intros, overlays, and visual elements.
• Familiarity with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) is beneficial.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is required.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously is important.
• A diploma or degree in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
