Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Patna. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished videos for social media, advertising campaigns, websites, and other digital platforms. Day-to-day work includes organizing and trimming clips, enhancing audio and visuals, applying color grading, and integrating motion graphics and text overlays to align with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to translate creative briefs into engaging video content and maintaining consistency across multiple projects. The Video Editor will also manage file organization, export formats, and quality checks to ensure videos are optimized for various channels and devices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Video Production and Video Editing skills to handle end-to-end creation of digital video content.
• Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to enhance visual quality and maintain brand-specific aesthetics.
• Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create engaging animations, titles, and visual elements.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and deliver content on deadline in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and a portfolio showcasing relevant video work.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
• A diploma or degree in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
