Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including assembling footage, trimming clips, and structuring narrative flow.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and quality across projects.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, lower thirds, visual effects, and other design elements that enhance storytelling.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools) is beneficial.
• Relevant experience in video editing for marketing, social media, or branded content, along with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work, is preferred.
• Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and strong time management skills are important.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional creative teams are required.
• A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Animation, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in New Delhi. Day-to-day tasks include editing video clips, applying color grading, adding motion graphics and basic graphics, syncing audio, and preparing final exports for various platforms and formats. The role also involves collaborating with producers, directors, and designers, organizing media assets, maintaining project files, and meeting production timelines. The Video Editor will contribute creative ideas, stay current with industry trends, and help improve post-production workflows.
