Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Nashik. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw video footage into compelling stories for marketing campaigns, social media, and client-facing content. Day-to-day tasks include trimming and sequencing clips, applying color grading, adding motion graphics and visual elements, and ensuring brand consistency in all video outputs. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and growth teams to understand campaign objectives, refining scripts and storyboards, and optimizing videos for different platforms and formats. The Video Editor will manage video assets, maintain organized project files, and contribute creative ideas to elevate the visual quality and impact of Growapse’s content.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in core video skills including Video Production and Video Editing.
• Ability to perform Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and high-quality visual aesthetics.
• Experience creating Motion Graphics and working with Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand presence.
• Strong command of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms, formats, and best practices for video content.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to work closely with creative, marketing, and growth teams.
• Relevant education or certification in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a strong portfolio demonstrating prior work is essential.
