Job summary

RULE of GROWTH in Kolkata is seeking a full-time Video Editor to join the on-site creative and marketing teams. You will assemble raw footage into polished video content for digital campaigns, brand storytelling, and advertisements, ensuring alignment with briefs and deadlines.

You will refine narrative flow, apply transitions and motion graphics, perform color correction and sound alignment, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain brand consistency across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong video editing and video production skills.

• Ability to create motion graphics and work with graphics teams to enhance storytelling.
• Experience with industry-standard tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Video Editor will collaborate with creative and marketing teams to assemble raw footage into polished video content for digital campaigns, advertisements, and brand storytelling. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and editing video clips, refining narrative flow, adding transitions, effects, motion graphics, and titles, and performing color correction and sound alignment. The role also involves working closely with stakeholders to interpret briefs, meet brand guidelines, and deliver content on schedule, while maintaining high quality and consistency across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for creating professional, engaging video content.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual style across projects.
• Ability to create Motion Graphics and work with Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand identity.
