Perspective Media Ilp in Mumbai is seeking a dedicated podcast editor to shape long-form shows (45–90 minutes) and craft reels.

You will own pacing, color, sound levels, and build hooks with motion graphics and animated captions. A strong English portfolio is required, and showreel/portfolio link must be provided.

Temporary Perspective is a B2B podcast production studio in Mumbai. We produce shows for founders and brands end to end, and the edit is where our reputation is made.

The role:

• Edit long-form podcast episodes (45-90 min, multi-camera) and cut reels from them
• Build hooks: motion graphics, animated captions, titles that stop the scroll
• Own pacing, cuts, cleanup, colour, sound levels
• Deliver on schedule across multiple client shows

What we hire on - your reel must show:

• Motion graphics craft in After Effects: type, animated captions, transitions, hooks
• Storytelling: structure, pacing, an edit that holds attention and lands a point
• Strong Adobe Premiere Pro (we are a Premiere pipeline, not DaVinci)
• Very strong English, written and spoken (required - do not apply otherwise)

Podcast and long-form editing we can teach you. Motion graphics and storytelling we cannot - that is what your portfolio must prove. Prior podcast work is a plus, not a filter.

Showreel/portfolio link mandatory - applications without one are not reviewed.

Salary: Rs 30,000-60,000/month based on experience. Full time, in-office at Masjid Bunder, South Mumbai. Immediate joiner preferred.
