Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in the Mohali district. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, selecting key moments, and creating polished videos that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include editing video content for various digital platforms, adding motion graphics and visual elements, applying color correction and grading, and integrating sound design in collaboration with other creative team members. The role also involves working with project stakeholders to understand requirements, proposing creative concepts, and ensuring timely delivery of all video assets. The Video Editor will maintain organized project files, follow established workflows, and support continuous improvement of the team’s production standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for a variety of formats and platforms.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading with an understanding of visual aesthetics and consistency.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
• Competence in Graphics design for titles, lower thirds, overlays, and other visual elements.
• Experience with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar).
• Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to work within brand and style guidelines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, animation, design, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a professional video editing or production environment is an advantage.
