Job summary

Kamath Solutions in Mangalore is seeking an experienced Video Editor to produce short form social content, reels, talking heads with motion graphics, and occasional long form videos. You will manage projects from raw footage to final files, collaborating with the Creative Head and our videographer to deliver on-brand content for multiple clients.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects, and solid motion graphics ability; familiarity with DaVinci

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably with short-form social content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Strong motion graphics skills with at least one or two pieces in your showreel built from scratch by you, not from templates.
• A good sense of pacing, hooks and what keeps people watching on Instagram.
• Confident colour grading of log footage (Sony mirrorless camera, mostly S-Log).
• Ability to handle several clients at once and meet deadlines without being chased.
• Nice to have: DaVinci Resolve.

• Creating talking head videos with motion graphics, captions and text animation.
• Editing service, lifestyle and product reels matching each client's brand style.
• Editing occasional long form videos, keeping the story clear and the pacing engaging.
• Colour grading log footage, sound cleanup and music selection.
• Keeping footage, project files and templates organized per client.
• Handling client revisions and delivering on time.
• Contributing to our own rebranding, including video content for our channels.

About the Role

We are hiring a Video Editor to join our team . The work is mainly short form video for social media , including reels , talking head videos with motion graphics , and service , lifestyle and product content , along with occasional long form videos . You will own the video output for a set of clients and take projects from raw footage to final files , working directly with the Creative Head and alongside our videographer.

What We Are Looking For

• Working days: Monday to Saturday , 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM , with a lunch break from 1:00 to 2:00 PM
