• Knowledge of video workflows including file formats, codecs, resolutions, and delivery specs.
• Advanced skills in After Effects for compositing, text animation, and light VFX.
• Experience in sound design, motion graphics, and color correction.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual detail orientation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with organization and problem-solving mindset.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and tight turnaround times.

Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver engaging, high-quality videos for marketing, branding, and communication campaigns.
• Adapt content into multiple crops and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, etc.) for platforms like social media, web, and internal channels.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to align videos with brand direction and business objectives.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining disciplined workflows, file management, and version control.
• Communicate proactively with project managers to align on timelines and deliverables.
• Participate in kick-off calls to fully understand requirements and creative briefs.
• Partner with local and global video production teams to streamline workflows and adopt new tools.
• Stay current on editing trends, software, and industry best practices to continuously enhance output quality.
