About the Role

Were looking for a skilled Video Editor to join our creative team in Indore. You’ll work primarily on content for founders, coaches, creators, and personal brands—not wedding, travel, or generic event editing.

The ideal candidate understands how to turn raw footage into engaging, retention-focused content for social media.

What We’re Looking For

• * 1.5+ years of professional video editing experience
• * Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro
• * Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
• * Experience editing content for founders, coaches, creators, or personal brands
• * Strong understanding of Reels, Shorts, YouTube, and social media content
• * Good sense of storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound design, and visual hierarchy
• * Good English communication skills
• * Ability to understand creative briefs and execute independently
• * Strong attention to detail and willingness to improve
• * Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment

Important

We are not looking for wedding, travel, or event-focused editors. We specifically want someone who understands personal branding and social media content.

You must have your own laptop or PC capable of handling professional video editing.
