Job summary

BellaVita is seeking an experienced video editor to create compelling short and long-form content across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, paid ads, and other digital platforms from raw footage and briefs.

You will collaborate with marketing and creative teams, maintain brand identity, craft engaging hooks and transitions, and deliver multiple formats on tight timelines while pushing creative boundaries. A minimum of 15 years in video editing is required.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in Video Editing / Content Creation / Digital Content Production.
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or other editing tools will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of Reels, Shorts, UGC and social-first content.
• Good sense of pacing, storytelling, music selection, transitions and visual composition.
• Ability to create engaging videos from raw footage with minimal direction.
• Understanding of digital advertising and performance creatives will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, paid ads and other digital platforms.
• Work on product videos, influencer content, UGC, brand campaigns, promotional videos and social media content.
• Edit short-form videos with strong hooks, pacing, transitions, captions, music and visual effects.
• Collaborate with the Content, Creative, Brand, Influencer Marketing and Performance Marketing teams to understand briefs and deliver relevant video assets.
• Transform raw footage, influencer content and product shoots into engaging digital-first content.
• Create multiple video variations and formats for different platforms and campaign requirements.
• Understand social media trends and adapt relevant formats, sounds, editing styles and storytelling techniques.
• Create performance-oriented creatives for Meta and other paid media platforms.
• Add motion graphics, typography, subtitles, transitions, sound effects and other elements wherever required.
• Ensure all videos maintain BellaVita's visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the creative team on concepts, storyboards and visual execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Organise and maintain video assets, project files and footage systematically.
• Continuously experiment with new editing styles, formats and creative approaches.
