Job summary

Ethics Innovations in Gurugram is seeking an experienced video editor to edit, produce, and optimize high-impact videos for marketing campaigns and social media.

You will create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Ads) aligned with brand messaging, work on motion graphics, transitions, and effects to enhance storytelling. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute video campaigns from idea to upload.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education or diploma in multimedia/video production or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and content creation abilities.
• Experience with trend-driven short-form content and social media formats (Reels/Shorts).

Role & responsibilities

• Edit, produce, and optimize high-impact videos and reels for marketing campaigns and social media.


• Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Ads, and Campaign Videos) aligned with brand messaging.


• Work on motion graphics, transitions, and effects to enhance storytelling. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute video campaigns from idea to upload.


• Repurpose existing footage into engaging formats for different platforms. Manage all video-related aspects - from footage curation to final export, music sync, and captions.


• Support branding with basic graphic overlays or thumbnails as required (graphics knowledge preferred).


• Stay updated on social media trends, editing styles, and audio-visual storytelling techniques.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Diploma in Multimedia, Video Production, or related field.


• 3-5 years of proven experience in video editing and content creation.


• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects.


• Strong creative instincts, attention to detail, and storytelling sense.


• Ability to manage multiple short-deadline projects independently.


• Prior experience in retail, FMCG, or healthcare video marketing will be an advantage.
