Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Chennai. The Video Editor will handle end-to-end editing for marketing and branded content, including cutting footage, arranging timelines, and assembling narrative-driven videos for digital, social media, and campaign use. Daily tasks include collaborating with creative and marketing teams on briefs, organizing raw footage, refining audio and visual quality, and preparing content in required formats and aspect ratios. The role also involves applying color grading, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, and ensuring brand consistency across all video output. The Video Editor will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and contribute creative ideas to improve video storytelling and performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual tone and quality across diverse campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, and visual elements for digital and social content.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is highly beneficial.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret creative briefs and marketing objectives.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage time effectively, and adapt to fast-paced agency environments.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing, social media content, or agency-side video work is an advantage; a degree or certification in film, media, or related fields is a plus.
