Overview

Experience: Experience and exposure in high-quality video production, graphic design and content marketing

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Graphic Designing/Multimedia/Mass Communication/Animation or any relevant field (For hands-on expert, anything is fine)

Primary Skills: Creative thinking, Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Canva, Gen-AI tools (in-depth expertise in one or two tools preferred)

Preferred: Google/MS Office tools, Social media platforms, Strong research capabilities, effective communication skills

Job Description

• Design and create graphics for PowerPoint presentations, social media creatives, e-mails, digital banners, video courses and marketing videos
• Skilled in motion graphics, video editing, sound design and AI usage
• Experience with storyboarding, scripting and short-form storytelling
• Deliver optimized video content for platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and X
• Hands-on with end-to-end video creation for digital marketing
• Exposure to both short-form and long-form content ecosystems
• Develop engaging videos, voiceovers, animations, infographics, carousel posts and advertisements
• Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs while adhering to brand guidelines and modern design standards
• Provide inputs and suggestions for video advertisements and social media promotions, focusing on logo visibility, product features, ad duration and brand cues
• Research and propose innovative design formats
• Collaborate with team members to plan project timelines and narrative structure

Skills Expected

• Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), CorelDraw experience, Microsoft PowerPoint and basic website design knowledge
• Experience with AI tools for video and design, such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, DaVinci Resolve
• Strong ability to create impactful visuals, animations and vector-based videos
• Analytical skills to evaluate ads and designs based on branding and promotional best practices
• Understanding of branding principles, ad design psychology, and engagement metrics
