Collabera Marketing's Global Creative team in Vadodara is seeking a Senior Video Editor to own projects from concept through final delivery for a global brand across social, digital, campaigns, events and corporate communications.

This hands-on role requires strong editing and motion‑design skills, plus AI-assisted workflows. You will craft compelling videos, collaborate with marketing teams, and stay ahead of trends in video, motion and AI.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional video editing experience in agencies or brands.
• Portfolio demonstrating video editing and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools.

Responsibilities

• Own video projects end-to-end, including editing, pacing, sound, color, captions, and final delivery.
• Create motion graphics, kinetic typography, callouts, explainers, lower thirds, and animations.
• Edit live-action, corporate, product, executive, event, customer-story, and social-first content.
• Adapt videos for 16:9, 1:1, and 9:16 formats across digital and social platforms.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, branding, and content teams to translate briefs into compelling videos.
• Support shoots when required, including shot planning and on-set capture.
• Use AI tools to improve ideation, editing, generation, voice, upscaling, rotoscoping, and content versioning.
• Stay current with emerging video, motion, social, and AI trends.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Video Editor to join Collabera Marketing's Global Creative team. You will own video projects from concept and raw footage through editing and final delivery, creating high-quality content for a global brand across social, digital, campaigns, events, and corporate communications.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who combines strong editing and motion‑design skills with modern AI‑assisted workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own video projects end-to-end, including editing, pacing, sound, color, captions, and final delivery.
• Create motion graphics, kinetic typography, callouts, explainers, lower thirds, and animations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of professional video editing experience in an agency, brand, media, or in‑house environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing + motion graphics.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Media Encoder, and preferably DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, typography, sound, color, and visual composition.
• Experience creating content across multiple formats and platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with AI-powered creative/video tools.

Good to Have

• Live‑action shooting/directing experience.
• 3D/motion skills using Blender, Cinema 4D, or Element 3D.
• Experience with enterprise, B2B, technology, or IT‑services brands.
• Strong sound design and color‑grading skills.
