Job summary

NextGen Business Support Services Private Limited is seeking a Digital Content Designer to craft compelling visual designs and engaging video content for digital and print platforms. The role requires a strong aesthetic sense, visual storytelling, and proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.

You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop assets that align with brand guidelines, manage multiple projects, and stay ahead of design trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in digital content design, graphic design and video editing.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video-editing work is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for social media, websites, digital advertisements, email campaigns, brochures, presentations and other marketing materials.
• Edit high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, promotional campaigns, product launches and corporate communications.
• Create motion graphics, animations, reels and short-form videos, including color correction, audio enhancement, transitions and visual effects.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives while maintaining consistency across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and product teams to execute creative projects and achieve campaign goals.
• Manage multiple projects, organize creative assets and brand resources, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Stay updated with design trends, video-editing techniques and evolving social media content formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for social media, websites, digital advertisements, email campaigns, brochures, presentations and other marketing materials.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Filmora.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, branding and visual storytelling.
• Practical knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, sound editing, colour grading and platform-specific content requirements.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, communication, collaboration and time-management skills.
• Experience with Canva, Figma or similar creative tools will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Animation or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience creating digital marketing creatives and social media campaigns is preferred. Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and familiarity with AI-powered creative tools will be added advantages.
