Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day academic operations and ensure smooth functioning of the school


• Ensure high-quality teaching standards are met and continuously improved


• Lead, mentor & support teachers in planning lessons and delivering effective learning outcomes


• Manage school administration, discipline, schedules, and staff coordination


• Handle parent communication, queries, and grievance resolution


• Support and drive student admissions, school tours & parent orientation


• Assist the Principal in school planning, policy execution & overall development
  
• Maintain compliance with school policies & safety standards


• Prepare reports, data analysis, and ensure strong documentation
