Job summary

Crisil is seeking a senior analytics professional in Mumbai to lead real estate valuation and performance monitoring. You will work with Argus, Excel and PowerPoint to build financial models assessing IRR, NPV and other metrics, and you will coordinate with U.S.-based colleagues across time zones to ensure timely delivery.

• Strong experience working with Argus, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excel and financial modeling skills with a working knowledge of IRR, NPV, and other fundamental real estate metrics
• Deep knowledge of real estate valuation, re-underwriting, performance monitoring, and market research; experience with CoStar, RCA, Greenstreet is a plus
• Proven managerial experience managing offshore or remote teams
• Ability to work across time zones and maintain close coordination with U.S. based colleagues
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, as is the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and show strong attention to detail
• Thoroughness and precision in analyzing data, preparing reports, and executing tasks accurately
• Must be detail oriented and have strong analytical and technical skills
