Job summary

Pinnacle Group, Inc. seeks a senior accounting leader to own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of 15–20 US real estate clients and to lead large teams across AP, AR, GL, CAM reconciliations, fund accounting, and month-end close.

The role drives profitability, operational excellence, process transformation, and automation initiatives, builds client relationships, leads governance reviews, and champions compliance and controls.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experienced in Shared Services, GCC, BPO, or Outsourced Accounting environments.
• Strong expertise in US GAAP, Property Accounting, CAM Reconciliations, Fund Accounting, and Financial Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar Real Estate Accounting platforms.
• MBA (Finance) or professional accounting certification (CA/CPA/CMA) preferred.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 120+ professionals across multiple management layers.

16+ years of progressive accounting experience.

Experience managing 100+ FTE teams in Shared Services, GCC, BPO, or Outsourced Accounting environments.

Strong expertise in US GAAP, Property Accounting, CAM Reconciliations, Fund Accounting, and Financial Operations.

Hands-on experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar Real Estate Accounting platforms.

Proven experience managing multi-client portfolios with P&L accountability.

Strong stakeholder management, governance, and transformation leadership skills.

MBA (Finance), CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent

Lean Six Sigma, Yardi, MRI, or Process Excellence certifications are a plus
