Job summary

Crisil is seeking a skilled Real Estate Analytics professional to lead valuation and financial modeling efforts. The role requires handling data, reports, and market research while coordinating with offshore teams and U.S.-based colleagues across time zones.

Job description

• Strong experience working with Argus, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excel and financial modeling skills with a working knowledge of IRR, NPV, and other fundamental real estate metrics
• Deep knowledge of real estate valuation, re-underwriting, performance monitoring, and market research; experience with CoStar, RCA, Greenstreet is a plus
• Proven managerial experience managing offshore or remote teams
• Ability to work across time zones and maintain close coordination with U.S. based colleagues
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, as is the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and show strong attention to detail
• Thoroughness and precision in analyzing data, preparing reports, and executing tasks accurately
• Must be detail oriented and have strong analytical and technical skills
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and project management skills
