Job summary

Crisil is seeking a seasoned professional to lead an offshore support team for the Asset Management group. You will oversee delivery of re-underwriting, research, transaction support and materials using Excel, PowerPoint, Argus, and data platforms.

With 7+ years of experience, you will mentor a team across time zones, coordinate with US colleagues, and ensure high-quality outputs, tight timelines and rigorous quality controls across all asset management deliverables.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience with Argus, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excel/financial modeling with IRR and NPV knowledge.
• Real estate valuation, re-underwriting, performance monitoring and market research.
• Experience with CoStar, RCA, Greenstreet is a plus.
• Offshore/remote team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a trainee team supporting Asset Management.
• Review and validate all deliverables before submission to the US team.
• Allocate resources and prioritize workstreams by deadlines.
• Maintain high standards for analytical output, quality control and turnaround time.
• Serve as primary contact for onshore asset management team and set timelines.
• Implement and enforce rigorous quality control processes for formatting and accuracy.
• Drive consistency across team members via templates, checklists and training.
• Identify discrepancies or variances in outputs and correct them.
• Support process optimization and develop tools/templates to streamline workflows.
• Manage and review financial models, re-underwriting and performance monitoring using Excel/Argus.
• Provide support for business plan formulation, next buyer analysis, refinance and dispositions.
• Prepare initial drafts of asset management deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations with tables/graphs.
• Oversee and improve the team’s use of data platforms for accurate research and analysis.
• Conduct market, tenant and property level research to support assets.
• Assist in due diligence by reviewing leases, CAM reconciliations, rent rolls, etc.

This position will oversee the delivery of high-quality re-underwriting, research, transaction support, and asset management materials using Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, Argus, and various data platforms in the execution of asset business plans.

• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Strong experience working with Argus, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excel and financial modeling skills with a working knowledge of IRR, NPV, and other fundamental real estate metrics
• Deep knowledge of real estate valuation, re-underwriting, performance monitoring, and market research; experience with CoStar, RCA, Greenstreet is a plus
• Proven managerial experience managing offshore or remote teams
• Ability to work across time zones and maintain close coordination with U.S. based colleagues
