JD for VP Operations All site coordination Mumbai HO based.

VP operations role has to come from an EPC or a construction company with having independently handled projects worth 150 cr and above in a year and how has he efficiently managed the costs and profitability at the site/ operating level atleast for 3 years if not 5 years.

Should have the network to raise resources, labour deployment etc as the need may be.

Preferred from warehousing/industrial sector.

• 12 to 20+ years of experience in large-scale industrial/ commercial/ residential project management.
• Proven experience managing Pan-India operations and large cross-functional teams
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
• Develop end to end project execution strategies and regular visits at Pan India ongoing sites.
• Define project timelines and ensure uniform quality, safety and execution across all sites.
• Oversees the entire lifecycle of multiple projects, from strategic planning to execution, operations, and financial performance.
• Responsible for project and operations management, end-to-end project management overseeing construction, resource mobilization, site execution, and timely delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to business plans and quality standards.
• Expertise in project management, project execution and on time delivery management.
• Coordinate closely with project heads and project managers, clients, consultant for execution consistency.
• Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews of site progress.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control and forecasting tracking for all projects and the business unit.
• Preparing MIS and presenting performance reports.
• Managing relationships with clients, vendors, government authorities
• Optimize resource allocation across multiple projects based on urgency and priority.
• Provide direct weekly/ monthly updates to the COO on project status, financial performance, risks, and strategic needs and long-term planning.
