Job summary

Talent Seeds Corporate Solutions in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, seeks a seasoned techno-commercial leader to drive growth in knit processing, strengthen key customer relationships, and expand market presence across domestic and export segments.

You will oversee marketing, business development, and operations, ensure on-time production, cost control, and continuous improvement, and lead cross-functional teams to win and retain strategic buyers and exporters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15-20 years of experience in textile processing industry.
• Extensive exposure in knit processing, operations, and marketing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Textile / Engineering / Business / Commerce; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing & Business Development to drive growth and customer acquisition in knit processing.
• Oversee end-to-end processing operations, production planning, quality, and timely delivery.
• Manage techno-commercial planning, costing, pricing strategies, and profitability initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and maintain high customer satisfaction through service and quality.

Job description

To lead the techno-commercial operations of the knits processing division by driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, improving operational efficiency, and expanding market presence across domestic and export segments.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Business Development

• Drive business development and customer acquisition in knit processing
• Build strong networking and customer relationships in and around Tirupur
• Handle key customer discussions, negotiations, and commercial activities
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for business growth

Operations & Production Management

• Oversee end-to-end processing operations and production performance
• Ensure production planning, quality standards, and timely delivery
• Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and process performance
• Coordinate closely with production, quality, and commercial teams

Techno-Commercial Leadership

• Manage commercial planning, costing, and profitability initiatives
• Support pricing strategies and business expansion activities
• Ensure smooth coordination between marketing, operations, and management
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

Team & Customer Management

• Lead cross-functional teams across operations and marketing
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction through service and quality excellence
• Build long-term business relationships with buyers and exporters
