Job description

The client seeks a strategic and transformative Vice President, Human Resources for Asia Pacific & Middle East (APME), based in Singapore. This leadership role will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and is responsible for shaping and driving the people agenda across a highly diverse and dynamic region.

As a key member of the regional leadership team, the Vice President will lead transformation and culture change, drive organizational capability, and enable business growth through a contemporary and progressive HR operating model. The role will act as a strategic advisor to regional leadership and partner closely with global Centres of Expertise and People Services teams to deliver exceptional employee experiences and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned, commercial HR leader with deep expertise in large-scale transformation and organizational change within complex, matrixed, global environments. They must be able to operate as a true business partner with a sharp commercial mindset and a passion for building high-performance, purpose-led cultures, with a strong track record partnering with senior stakeholders across geographies and cultures. Experience leveraging contemporary HR operating models and international exposure (particularly outside APME) is highly valued.
