The role of Vice President – Human Resource Management is based in Chennai, leading the complete HR function for a large GCC environment. It seeks an accomplished HR leader with deep expertise in strategy, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and transformation.

The successful candidate will drive workforce planning, governance, and an integrated HR agenda, partnering with senior leadership and the board.

Qualifications

• 15–18 years of progressive HR experience with senior leadership exposure.
• Master's Degree in HR, MBA HR, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition, C&B, HR Strategy, Compliance, HR Operations, and Employee Relations.
• Experience managing large HR teams within a GCC, shared services, BFSI, tech, or multinational environment.
• Strong experience in workforce planning, HR transformation, organizational development, and people governance.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.

Hiring an experienced Vice President – Human Resource Management to lead the complete HR function for a large GCC environment. This is an excellent opportunity for senior HR professionals with strong expertise in HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Compliance, and HR Transformation.

5. Strong experience in workforce planning, HR transformation, organizational development, and people governance.
6. Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, business partnering, and people leadership skills.
