• HR Operations Leadership: Oversee HR operational delivery, ensuring consistency, accuracy, efficiency and a positive employee experience.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Drive key HR processes, including onboarding, employee changes, exits and related operational activities.
• Process and Technology Excellence: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen controls and improve service delivery through HR technology.
• Workforce Support: Coordinate third-party workforce processes, global mobility and immigration-related activities.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with HR business partners, regional teams and global stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and improve processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Establish consistent procedures, improve operational visibility and support scalable HR service delivery.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• 12-15 years of overall experience, including at least 8 years in relevant HR operations.
• Strong experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management or HR shared services.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with both Workday and ServiceNow.
• Experience managing complex HR processes and partnering with regional or global stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, process improvement and communication skills.
• Familiarity with third-party workforce management, global mobility or immigration processes.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
