Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, at GIFT City, seeks a Vice President – Fund Operations to lead the Fund Management Entity (FME) and oversee IFSC operations within a highly regulated environment.

You will drive end-to-end fund onboarding, launches, reporting and governance, ensuring strict compliance with IFSCA, SEBI and AML/KYC requirements while coordinating with external administrators and trustees.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience in financial services, asset or fund management.
• Strong knowledge of IFSCA, IFSC, FME and SEBI regulations.
• Experience in fund operations, regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Exposure to AML/KYC, investor onboarding and regulatory reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and regulatory liaison skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
