Job summary

Premier Consultants in Mumbai seeks a seasoned Head - Global Fund Products, Structuring & Compliance to drive strategy and oversight across private equity and listed investments. You will lead a global team, shape fund product development, and ensure regulatory alignment across multiple jurisdictions.

You will own lifecycle management, licensing, onboarding, and implementation while coordinating with regulators, clients, and tax advisors to enable strategic growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in global fund products, structuring, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and project delivery.
• Experience with SEBI, FEMA, IFSCA, RBI regulations and cross-border taxation.

Responsibilities

• Lead fund product strategy, structuring, and lifecycle management.
• Oversee FPI/FDI frameworks, cross-border investments, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, FEMA, IFSCA, RBI, and international regulations.
• Manage fund licensing, onboarding, implementation, and operational readiness.
• Lead and mentor a 15-member team across product, taxation, compliance, and implementation.
• Coordinate with clients, regulators, legal advisors, tax consultants, custodians, and fund administrators.
• Drive process automation, risk controls, and strategic business growth.

The role involves strategic ownership of fund products across private equity and listed investments, along with leadership of a team.
