About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Vice President of Finance to lead our finance function and contribute significantly to our company’s strategic growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational background, capable of driving financial performance, managing risk, and fostering a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
• Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and variance analysis to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• Financial Operations:
• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
• Implement robust internal controls and compliance procedures to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Team Leadership and Development:
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

• Stakeholder Management:
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the CEO, CFO, and other executive leaders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong track record of leadership and achievement.
