Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of finance experience within real estate development, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• MBA from a top-tier institute; CA/CFA qualification is an added advantage.
• Strong track record in project funding, fundraising, treasury, financial modelling and complex financial structures.
• Experience managing multiple projects and group entities, with the ability to work directly with promoters, the CEO and senior management.
• Established relationships across India's real estate finance ecosystem, including lenders and institutional investors.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and project-level profitability analysis.
• Lead fundraising, project finance, debt structuring, treasury, liquidity and working-capital management.
• Oversee financial performance and reporting across projects, SPVs and group entities; ensure strong financial controls, compliance and governance.
• Optimise capital allocation and redeployment, assess project viability and support identification and selection of new development opportunities.
• Partner with the CEO, promoters and business leaders on investment decisions, risk mitigation and long-term growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, private equity funds, investors and other real estate financing partners.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The role involves overseeing the financial management of multiple real estate projects, including project-level finances and entity-level financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of raising, managing, allocating, and redeploying capital within India's real estate ecosystem. The candidate will also play a key role in evaluating, identifying, and selecting new projects based on their financial viability and strategic potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
