Job summary

ADCC Global in Pune, India, seeks an accomplished engineering leader to drive instrumented growth across engineering services, automation and digital engineering initiatives. You will oversee end-to-end programs, align technology roadmaps with customer needs and manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on time and within margins.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing technology, industrial automation or engineering services.
• Proven experience in senior engineering/business leadership.
• Strong business-development track record.
• Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams and complex engineering programs.
• Strong customer-facing and commercial skills.
• Exposure to automation, robotics, Industry 4.0, digital engineering or emerging technologies.
• Engineering degree; MBA/management qualification preferred.
