Qualifications

• MBA/CA/CPA/CMA or equivalent advanced finance qualification.
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Significant experience supporting large-scale healthcare services, healthcare outsourcing, RCM, BPM/BPO, or healthcare technology.
• Proven experience leading business finance, FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic finance functions.
• Demonstrated success partnering with business leaders to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Experience managing complex, multi-geography, multi-business-unit financial environments.

Role Overview

Omega Healthcare is seeking a strategic, commercially astute, and results-driven Vice President - Business Finance to serve as a key finance leader and trusted advisor to the executive team. This role will drive financial planning, business performance management, profitability improvement, investment evaluation, and strategic decision support across the organization.

The VP - Business Finance will partner closely with Business Unit Leaders, Operations, Delivery, Sales, Technology, HR, and Finance to provide meaningful insights that enable sustainable growth, operational excellence, and value creation. The ideal candidate combines strong finance leadership with a deep understanding of healthcare services, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), operational metrics, and business transformation initiatives.

This position requires an individual who can translate complex operational and financial data into actionable business decisions while influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance & Business Partnership

• Act as the senior finance partner to Business Unit Heads and executive leadership, driving profitable growth and operational effectiveness.
• Provide financial leadership for strategic initiatives, business expansion opportunities, pricing decisions, client profitability, and investment evaluations.
• Develop long-range financial plans aligned with organizational growth objectives and market opportunities.
• Influence key business decisions through robust financial analysis, scenario planning, and risk assessments.
• Support the Head of Finance and leadership team in strategic planning, annual operating plans, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Financial Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly business performance reviews across multiple business units.
• Establish rigorous financial governance around revenue, margins, productivity, staffing, and operating expenses.
• Drive accountability through KPI-based performance management frameworks and operating dashboards.
• Provide comprehensive variance analysis and executive-level insights into business performance drivers.
• Develop predictive financial models to anticipate business trends and support proactive decision-making.

Revenue & Margin Optimization

• Analyze revenue streams, client profitability, pricing structures, and operational efficiencies to improve margins.
• Partner with RCM delivery leadership to identify opportunities for yield improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost optimization.
• Monitor key RCM business metrics including:
• Productivity and utilization
• Gross and EBITDA margins
• Cost-to-serve metrics
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving operational leverage while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Business Analytics & Decision Support

• Drive advanced analytics and business intelligence initiatives that provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Develop executive dashboards that integrate financial and operational performance metrics.
• Evaluate investments in technology, automation, AI, and digital transformation initiatives, including business case development and ROI assessments.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support resource allocation and capital investment decisions.

Leadership & Team Development

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Business Finance organization.
• Establish a culture of accountability, analytical rigor, continuous improvement, and business partnership.
• Develop finance talent pipelines and succession plans for critical finance leadership roles.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between Finance, Operations, Sales, Technology, and Corporate Functions.

Corporate & Strategic Initiatives

• Support mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and integration activities.
• Participate in client negotiations and commercial discussions requiring financial analysis and business case evaluation.
• Lead financial due diligence and post-acquisition performance tracking where applicable.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives focused on scalability, automation, and improved business insight generation.

Education & Experience

• MBA, CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent advanced finance qualification.
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Significant experience supporting large-scale healthcare services, healthcare outsourcing, RCM, BPM/BPO, or healthcare technology organizations.
• Proven experience leading business finance, FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic finance functions.
• Demonstrated success partnering with business leaders to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Experience managing complex, multi-geography, multi-business-unit financial environments.
• Strong exposure to executive-level stakeholder engagement and Board-level presentations.
• Prior experience in Healthcare, IT/ITES, BPM and GCCs preferred.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of pricing, client profitability, revenue drivers, and market dynamics.
• Executive Presence: Ability to influence senior leaders and communicate complex financial concepts in a simple, actionable manner.
