Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Noida is hiring for a customer service and upselling role on the Verizon Voice process. The position targets UG & Graduates with a B2H level communication. Work involves 5 days with rotational shifts and fixed week offs, with complimentary cab provision for both sides.

The selection includes an HR round (virtual), a managers round (virtual), and a SHL assessment (walk-in). Training precedes full responsibilities.
