Responsibilities

• Analyze accounts receivable data and understand reasons for underpayment, days in A/R, and top denial reasons
• Use appropriate codes for documenting denials and underpayments
• Provide accurate product/service information to customers
• Research authorization, nursing notes, and medical documentation on client systems
• Interpret explanations of benefits before calling

Work Hours

Shifts: 5:30PM–2:30AM / 6:30PM–3:30AM / 8:00PM–5:00AM (fixed weekends off)
