Implementation Consultant - Hybrid, Pune

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Implementation Consultant to support the setup, configuration, and ongoing operational maintenance of CORE and VPI programs. This role blends technical implementation with hands‑on data accuracy, system validation, and cross‑functional coordination.
What You’ll Do
- Implementation & Configuration
- Perform initial setup, configuration, and installation of software/hardware.
- Support data migration and validate system configurations.
- Provide Tier 1 implementation support and troubleshoot early issues.
- Deliver technical training to customer resources.
- Coordinate with client technical teams during onboarding.
- Assist in developing and maintaining detailed implementation documentation.
- Operational Support
- Maintain accurate site records across internal systems (CDXP, ECC, Support Tool, Smartsheet).
- Validate and update ClientIDs, TINs, and site-level data.
- Support reconciliation activities across internal and external systems.
- Monitor and maintain data hygiene for CORE and VPI programs.
- Assist with operational user stories and system enhancement validation.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Partner with Technical Consulting, Data Analytics, Provider Engagement, and Product teams to ensure smooth site operations.
- Support vendor coordination for configuration‑related follow‑ups.
- Keep documentation and tracking tools current and accurate.
Skillsets & Qualifications
- Systems Integration and Configuration — Understanding how to connect disparate systems, configure software platforms, and ensure data flows correctly across environments.
- Database Management and SQL — Proficiency in querying, managing, and migrating data to support implementations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Technical aptitude in system configuration, software implementation, or technical support.
- Detail‑oriented problem solver with comfort working in spreadsheets and system mappings.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and follow‑through.
- Experience with data migration or validation is a plus.
- Historical experience with Veradigm product implementations is highly desirable.
- Ability to document processes and maintain clean operational records.
- Industry Knowledge — Knowledge of tools, systems, or concepts (e.g., healthcare, claims and clinical data) may be required.

- Sites launch smoothly and on schedule.
- Data is accurate, validated, and consistently maintained.
- Operational issues are resolved quickly.
- Internal teams have reliable, up‑to‑date site information.
- CORE/VPI operations run efficiently due to strong implementation support.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Curious and tech‑friendly.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid support environment.
- Standard weekday hours, including US working hours and night shifts, with occasional after‑hours or holiday support.
- Work from office in a professional office space setup.
- Flexibility with PTO during key business times.
