Job summary

Bonami Software in India seeks a seasoned Vendor Operations Manager to own the vendor panel, onboarding, rate negotiation, and all deployment docs that drive candidate starts at client sites.

You will manage post‑selection processes from offer to joining, build scalable SOPs, and ensure timelines are met by coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in vendor management, resource management or delivery operations within IT contract staffing or staff augmentation.
• Hands‑on experience managing a sub‑vendor panel, including commercial negotiation on rates and terms.
• Strong command of deployment documentation and compliance — BGV, client onboarding formalities, contracts.
• Experience managing candidates through the offer‑to‑joining window, with a track record of reducing drop‑offs.
• Comfortable owning a process independently and improving it, rather than waiting for direction.
• Working knowledge of an ATS/HRMS (we run Zoho Recruit and Zoho People).

Compensation
