Job summary

Vatsgroup India in Greater Noida is seeking a Vendor Coordination Executive with 2–3 years of manufacturing experience. You will manage vendor development, RFQs, supplier coordination, negotiations, ERP updates, documentation and ensure timely material procurement.

Preference given to candidates with Steel/Fabrication exposure. The company specializes in prefabricated buildings and related structures, with a mid-sized profile in electrical equipment domain.

Qualifications

2–3 years of manufacturing experience.
Experience in vendor development and RFQs.
Proficiency in supplier coordination and negotiations.
ERP updates, documentation and timely procurement.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with vendors and manage RFQs.
Negotiate terms and monitor supplier performance.
Update ERP records and ensure proper documentation.

Totally illetrate management and non technical operation head. Your managerial performance will be judged by your know how about kachra, naali, tirpaal and kuda, tractor trolley, cylinder. Director is on CCTV every time and watching what labours are doing there. Operation head has no technical knowledge.
