The ideal candidate holds a B.Tech/M.Tech in mechanical or electrical engineering, has strong MS Office skills, and is fluent in English and Hindi.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical is required.
• Minimum 3 years of project management and coordination experience is required.
• Good technical knowledge of mechanical & structural fabrication/production is needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Review contract agreement, check scope of work, and ensure all document submissions and raw material procurement are made within timelines.
• Prepare a detailed project schedule with the project execution team.
• Coordinate with Ops department and other stakeholders (Client/OEM/TPI/Yard).
• Prepare weekly work progress reports for review.
• Correspond with Client/OEM/TPI/Yard for regular progress updates.
• Utilize coordination strategies to ensure the project is executed on time.
• Responsible for project coordination from award to client handover.
