Job summary

Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India invites an experienced Project Leader to spearhead CAE activities for vehicle development, focusing on planning, coordination, and execution. You will advance digital simulation methods, analyze physical phenomena, and monitor competitors while ensuring capitalization of CAE techniques.

Responsibilities include leading evaluations to meet performance targets, reviewing RC/C M directions, reporting to stakeholders, and driving cost/mass

Qualifications

• 7 to 12 years of experience in closures domain.
• Strong knowledge of fundamental physics and structural engineering principles.
• Experience in performing engineering analysis and root cause identification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital evaluation to achieve performances targets.
• Periodic review and validate the R/C mechanism and C/M directions.
• Report to stakeholders to obtain agreement for C/M.
• Adhere to Project management compliance.
• Confirm targets with customer performance team.
• Optimize cost & mass CAE targets.
• Analyze risk and establish contingency plans and triggers for action.

• Ensure technological monitoring and carry out competitor analysis actions
• Define digital simulation methods and modelling and ensure their development
• Ensure capitalization of digital simulation methods

Job Purpose

• The Project leader is responsible to lead CAE activity for vehicle development programs including planning, coordination, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to lead the digital evaluation to achieve performances targets
• Conduct Periodic review and validate the R/C mechanism and C/M directions
• Responsible to report to stake holders to get agreement for C/M
• Adhere to Project management compliance
• Responsible to confirm the targets with customer performance team.
• Responsible to optimize & Cost & Mass CAE Targets.
• Analyze risk and initiate avoidance activities. Establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating

corrective action.

Experience

• Strong experience of 7 to 12 years in closures domain

Relevant Experience

• Strong experience in closures domain
• Exposure to door sagging, door slamming, oil canning and denting, door closure effort, door noise simulations will be advantage
• Good knowledge of fundamental physics and structural engineering principles.
• Experience in making root cause analysis [Engineering analysis] & derive problem statements, propose counter measures or directions.
• Experience in project management [scheduling, executing, risk analysis, mitigation & contingency planning]
