Job summary

SEGULA Technologies in Chennai is seeking engineers to define and manage vehicle-level architecture, pack interfaces, and integration across BIW, interior, exterior, and chassis.

You will review CAD/DMU, perform clash/clearance analyses, drive design convergence, and support validation activities such as D-Lot, TGA, and geometry validation.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of vehicle interfaces and architecture.
• Familiarity with CAD/DMU processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage vehicle-level architecture, package requirements, interfaces and integration across BIW, Interior, Exterior, Chassis and other vehicle systems.
• Review vehicle CAD/DMU, perform vehicle-level clash & clearance analysis and ensure interface compatibility across systems.
• Drive vehicle-level design convergence, analyse design changes, identify cross-functional issues and coordinate timely resolution.
• Support D-Lot and TGA activities including FI, STYP, VOAL, relevant RCC, clash/clearance and vehicle integration checks.
• Geometry & Styling Validation: Support major styling releases and TGA with Gap & Flush checks and vehicle-level geometric validation.
• Documentation & Tracking: Manage/validate PDJ, HCPP, TCM, COD and milestone documentation, ensuring all information reflects the latest vehicle convergence.
