Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in Chennai seeks an automotive engineering specialist to define and manage vehicle-level architecture, packaging, interfaces and integration across BIW, interior, exterior and chassis.

You will review CAD/DMU, perform clash/clearance analyses, drive design convergence, support D-Lot and TGA validation, and ensure accurate geometry, styling validation and up-to-date documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage vehicle-level architecture, package requirements, interfaces and integration across BIW and major subsystems.
• Review CAD/DMU, perform vehicle-level clash/clearance analysis, and ensure cross-system interface compatibility.
• Drive vehicle-level design convergence, analyze design changes, identify cross-functional issues and coordinate resolution.
• Support D-Lot and TGA activities including FI, STYP, VOAL, RCC checks and vehicle integration.
• Support styling releases and TGA with Gap/Flush checks and vehicle geometry validation.
• Manage and validate PDJ, HCPP, TCM, COD and milestone documentation to reflect latest convergence.

• Vehicle Architecture & Packaging: Define and manage vehicle-level architecture, package requirements, interfaces and integration across BIW, Interior, Exterior, Chassis and other vehicle systems.
  
• CAD & Vehicle Integration: Review vehicle CAD/DMU, perform vehicle-level clash & clearance analysis and ensure interface compatibility across systems.
  
• Design Convergence: Drive vehicle-level design convergence, analyse design changes, identify cross-functional issues and coordinate timely resolution.
  
• D-Lot & TGA Validation: Support D-Lot and TGA activities including FI, STYP, VOAL, relevant RCC, clash/clearance and vehicle integration checks.
  
• Geometry & Styling Validation: Support major styling releases and TGA with Gap & Flush checks and vehicle-level geometric validation.Documentation & Tracking: Manage/validate PDJ, HCPP, TCM, COD and milestone documentation, ensuring all information reflects the latest vehicle convergence.
