Zusammenfassung

Zensar is hiring a Level 2 application support specialist for Veeva Vault QualityDocs in Bengaluru. You will analyze incidents, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with L3/Veeva support to meet SLAs. You will also manage document lifecycles, access controls, migrations, and validation activities.

Responsibilities include monitoring health metrics, developing SOPs, and creating knowledge articles while collaborating with Quality, Compliance, and IT stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years in Application Support, AMS, or Quality Systems within Life Sciences.
• Hands-on with Veeva Vault QualityDocs and QMS.
• Knowledge of GxP, GMP and quality compliance requirements.

Role & responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 application support for Veeva Vault QualityDocs.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues within agreed SLAs.
• Support document lifecycle management, workflows, training assignments, and controlled document processes.
• Investigate system defects, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with L3/Veeva support teams when required.
• Manage user access, security roles, permissions, and document-related configurations.
• Monitor application health, support queues, backlog, and service performance metrics.
• Support document migrations, metadata updates, and bulk document management activities.
• Assist in system enhancements, configuration changes, and release deployments.
• Prepare impact assessments and participate in change management activities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and support documentation.
• Execute validation support activities, including testing and defect tracking.
• Participate in periodic reviews, audits, and compliance-related activities.
• Collaborate with Quality, Compliance, Business, and IT stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in Application Support, AMS, or Quality Systems within Life Sciences.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault QualityDocs.
• Strong understanding of:

• Knowledge of validation processes and documentation.
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting other Veeva Vault Quality modules such as:
• QMS
• Training
• CAPA
• Deviations
• Change Control
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience in AMS support engagements for pharmaceutical or biotech clients.
• Exposure to Agile or DevOps-based support models.
