Accenture in India is seeking a Packaged/SaaS Application Architect to design scalable, secure SaaS solutions aligned with enterprise architecture. You will drive multi-tenant, modular implementations, define customization limits, and guide platform usage for performance and maintainability.

The role involves leading development for Veeva Vault QMS, ensuring alignment with client goals and delivering compliant, technically sound architectures within an offshore delivery model.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with Veeva Vault QMS and numerous features/modules.
• Veeva Vault configuration experience; knowledge of Veeva Vault SDK and JAVA; knowledge of Vault integrations.
• Experience in systems integrations connecting Vault with external systems.
• Inbound and outbound interfaces architecture and development.
• Familiar with agile development lifecycle.
• Strong leadership and coordination in offshore delivery models.
• Excellent communication for daily syncs, reporting and escalations.
• 7–10 years of experience in Veeva Vault QMS expected.

Responsibilities

• Define the solution architecture scope and landscape.
• Translate business needs into solution designs and ALM artifacts.
• Define interfaces, integrations, and data flows across the stack.
• Assess technical feasibility, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure non-functional requirements: security, performance, data integrity.
• Align solution with GxP, data governance, and IT controls.
• Advise Change Board on technical impact of changes.
• Provide the technical basis for implementation decisions.

As an Associate Manager you will lead the development of complex solutions and transformational opportunities for Veeva vault QMS. Your role will involve ensuring alignment of the solution to the client's organizational goals and driving successful project outcomes. The IT Solution Architect is responsible for defining the technical and solution-related target architecture. The role ensures that business requirements and functional requirements are translated into a technically feasible, scalable, secure, and compliant solution.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define the solution architecture scope
• Describe functional requirements in a solution-relevant way (ALM)
• Translate business requirements and functional requirements into solution designs
• Define the system landscape, interfaces, integrations, and data flows
• Assess technical feasibility, risks, and dependencies
• Define and assess non-functional requirements such as security, performance, reliability, and data integrity
• Ensure architectural alignment with GxP, data integrity, and IT governance
• Advise the Change Board on the technical impact of changes
• Provide the technical decision basis for implementation and configuration
• Ensure that the solution is compatible with existing interfaces and platform standards
• Ensure alignment of solution to client s organization goals.
• Drive successful project outcomes.
• Participate in effort estimation of projects and RFP's

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have Skills: Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault QMS and have worked in various features and modules of QMS.

Must have - Veeva Vault configuration experience. Knowledge in Veeva Vault SDK and JAVA and knowledge in Veeva vault integrations.

• Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting complex technical issues in Veeva Vault and related systems.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Veeva Vault QMS is expected.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have strong development experience with Quality

Management Systems - e.g. Track Wise or Veeva Vault QMS. Should have

strong experience in Veeva Vault architecture, development and configuration.

• A 15-year full-time education is required.
