Job summary

Cogensight Technologies is seeking a skilled Veeva Vault CRM Developer to design, develop, configure, and support Vault CRM solutions for Life Sciences. You will handle configurations, data models, integrations, and migrations while ensuring compliance and quality across multinational teams.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years of experience with at least 2+ years in Veeva Vault CRM, strong API and integration skills, and a background in regulated environments. This role offers hybrid work in India.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years overall experience with minimum 2+ years in Veeva Vault CRM
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field
• Veeva Vault CRM certifications preferred; Salesforce certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Veeva Vault CRM solutions to support Sales, Medical, Marketing, and Commercial operations.
• Develop and implement Vault CRM business processes, workflows, and customizations.
• Design and build integrations between Vault CRM and enterprise applications using APIs and middleware platforms.
• Participate in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and technical documentation.
• Develop and maintain Vault CRM data models, object configurations, and security settings.
• Support data migration activities from legacy CRM platforms to Veeva Vault CRM.
• Create and execute unit testing and support SIT/UAT activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Collaborate with business teams to optimize system functionality and user experience.
• Follow SDLC, release management, validation, and compliance processes within regulated Life Sciences environments.
