Job summary

Cognizant is hiring for Veeva Developers & Lead Developers to join our global life sciences team. You will design and configure Veeva Vault solutions, perform migrations, and configure CRM for global users in a hybrid setup with 3 days in office across CTS locations.

Ideal candidates have 4–12 years of hands-on Veeva Vault experience, strong data modeling skills, and excellent English communication. Notice period may be immediate to 90 days.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience designing and configuring Veeva Vault solutions including document management workflows and security models.
• Proven expertise in planning and executing Veeva Vault migrations with industry-standard tools and approaches.
• Practical knowledge of Veeva Vault CRM to configure objects, layouts and business rules for compliant engagement.
• Experience in enterprise data modeling, mapping and transformation for migrations.
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications for Vault implementations.
• Experience in hybrid delivery models with global teams and clear English communication.
• Familiarity with validation practices and documentation in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Veeva Vault applications to meet complex business needs while maintaining high standards of data integrity and regulatory compliance
• Develop scalable configurations and components on the Veeva Vault platform that streamline clinical and commercial processes for global users
• Implement robust Veeva Vault migration strategies that ensure accurate extraction transformation and loading of legacy data into target environments
• Create and optimize migration scripts and utilities that reduce downtime and improve overall migration quality across multiple Vault domains
• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to translate detailed requirements into efficient Vault configurations workflows and document lifecycles
• Coordinate end to end validation activities including test planning execution support and documentation to ensure that Vault solutions comply with internal and external quality standards
• Optimize Veeva Vault CRM configurations so that field teams gain timely access to accurate customer and product information that supports ethical engagement
• Integrate Veeva Vault with surrounding enterprise systems through secure interfaces that improve information flow and reduce manual intervention
• Troubleshoot production issues across Vault configurations CRM components and migration pipelines while implementing preventive measures that reduce recurrence
• Document technical designs configuration decisions and migration procedures in a clear and reusable manner that supports long term maintainability
• Guide junior team members on Veeva Vault development standards configuration patterns and testing practices that raise the overall quality of project deliverables

Certifications Required
