Job summary

Soch Solutions is seeking a Veeva Technical Lead (Configuration & Integration) to join our Pune team. The role demands hands-on leadership across Vault CRM configuration, Veeva Network/OpenData, and integration workstreams in a hybrid setup.

You will mentor developers, review designs, and resolve complex technical issues, acting as the first escalation point before the Solution Architect, with preference for office presence in Pune 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years hands-on Veeva CRM/Vault CRM experience.
• Experience in at least one full migration project.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance across Vault CRM configuration, Veeva Network/OpenData configuration, and related integration workstreams.
• Review configuration and integration implementation to ensure alignment with approved designs and consistency across work delivered by multiple engineers.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, removing blockers for configuration and integration developers.
• Act as the first-line technical escalation point for technical issues before escalation to the onshore Solution Architect.
• Mentor and support mid-level configuration and integration developers, promoting consistent implementation practices.
• Support delivery of migration-related work and apply practical experience gained from at least one full migration project.
• Implement approved solution designs effectively; target-architecture decisions remain the responsibility of the Solution Architect.

Role Overview

The Veeva Technical Lead provides hands-on technical leadership across Vault CRM configuration, Veeva Network/OpenData configuration, and integration workstreams. The role ensures that approved designs are implemented correctly and consistently, supports engineers in resolving complex technical issues, and acts as the first-line technical escalation point before matters are referred to the onshore Solution Architect.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience participating in at least one complete migration project.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and technologies such as MuleSoft, Informatica, and Veeva APIs.
• Ability to review technical implementation, resolve complex issues, and guide other developers.

Work Location and Arrangement

This role is based in Pune, Maharashtra, with a hybrid working arrangement. Pune is the first preference, and candidates should be able to attend the office at least 2-3 days per week as required.
