Job summary

Tata Elxsi, Inc. in Pune is seeking an experienced Automotive Validation Lead to drive validation efforts across multiple vehicle domains. This role requires hands-on leadership in ECU and system-level testing and a strong background in automotive communication protocols.

You will design and execute test plans, perform CAN/CAN FD, UDS diagnostics, and Vector CANoe/CAPL testing, mentor engineers, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Automotive Validation.
• Experience with ECU testing and automotive communication protocols.
• Exposure to HIL, IVI, ADAS, Connected Car, or Body Electronics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation activities for automotive ECU and system-level testing.
• Design, execute, and review validation test plans and test cases.
