Job summary

Symbiosis Management Consultants is seeking a leadership role for testing and validation of ADAS and simulation-driven technologies in the automotive sector. You will head a team to design test plans for simulation-based and real-world vehicle assessments, including functional, safety, and reliability tests.

You will oversee SIL/HIL testing, analyze data to enhance safety and reliability of advanced electronics on vehicles and ADAS, and work with cross-functional teams to prioritize testing

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with testing and validation of ADAS and simulation-based testing.
• Vehicle-level testing experience is required.
• Mechatronics background is essential for integrating hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in testing and validation of ADAS and simulation driving technologies.
• Develop and implement test plans for simulation-based and real-world vehicle testing (functional, safety, reliability).
• Perform SIL/HIL testing and validate sensor fusion and system performance metrics.
• Collaborate with hardware, software and systems teams to resolve ADAS issues.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in the testing and validation of cutting-edge technology in the automotive industry, specifically related to advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and Simulation driving technologies.
• Develop and implement test plans and procedures for Simulation based and real world vehicle testing, including functional, safety, and reliability testing.
• Develop & implement & test for simulation on SIL/HIL systems.
• Analyse & interpret data for optimizing, improve safety & reliability of Advance electronics on vehicle & ADAS.
• Work closely with hardware, software, and systems engineering teams to identify and resolve issues related to ADAS functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements and ensure timely and accurate execution of tests.
• Train and mentor team members on testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform data logging and analysis to validate sensor fusion algorithms and system performance metrics

Preferred candidate profile

Good knowledge of:
