Job summary

HL Klemove is seeking an experienced ADAS validation engineer to act as the technical point of contact for feature validation across systems, software, hardware and safety domains. You will review RTMs, drive root-cause analysis, and sign off on validation reports while coordinating tests and calibration on tracks and public roads.

Lead a small team of in-vehicle validation engineers and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ADAS sensor technologies: camera, radar, lidar, and ultrasonic.
• Proficiency in test tools such as CANalyzer/CANoe and Vector tools.
• Experience with SiL/HiL test environments.
• Ability to handle test target simulation (D-GPS and automated target platform).
• Familiarity with CAN, CAN-FD, Ethernet, LIN, and FlexRay protocols.
• Understanding of AUTOSAR architecture and ECU integration.
• Working knowledge of ISO 26262 (Functional Safety).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team for in-vehicle ADAS validation engineers across all levels.

Define, review, and approve test plans, test cases, and test reports for feature-level and system-level validation.

Lead vehicle-level test & calibration.

Plan and execute validation drives on test tracks, proving grounds, and public roads as required.

Manage scenario-based testing using tools such as CANoe & CANape

Team Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a team for in vehicle ADAS validation engineers across all levels.

Define team objectives, allocate tasks, manage workload distribution, and track delivery milestones.

Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and technical coaching sessions.

Drive a culture of technical excellence, safety-first mindset, and continuous improvement.
